Pricing & Delivery
All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Bulk Orders:
Note: All prices are retail. If you want to order more than 10 of the same product, then please contact one of our Sales Team Members for bulk order prices.
Payments:
Payments are made in Pounds Sterling. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal and checked prior to the correct orders being sent out. Please make sure your details are correct. We accept no responsibility for any order delayed as a result of incorrect payment details being given.
We shall retain legal title to the products until payment has been made in full by the Customer.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges relate to the total order value including VAT.
UK:
These charges relate to UK deliveries ONLY – and may be subject to extra charges for remote regions – e.g. Outer Hebrides – due to our shippers charging more for these areas.

All deliveries outside of the UK and Europe can be made by prior agreement and will be charged at cost – Please contact one of our Sales Team Members.
We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery, delays in delivery or extra expense incurred / caused by customers giving incomplete or inaccurate delivery instructions.
The Customer shall upon delivery, examine the goods and shall promptly, but in any event within 5 days of delivery, notify us of any apparent damage, defect or shortage. In default of such written notification, we shall be deemed conclusively to have properly performed its obligations in relation to the purchase and sale of the goods.
In the event of a claim, settlement will be limited to the value of the goods, if defective and will in no way extend to consequential loss, howsoever caused.
Returns Policy
At Travel Spot we want you to be satisfied every time with the quality of every product you purchase from us. Occasionally though, you may need to return products, so below is our returns policy.
No Quibble Guarantee: Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original un-opened packaging / condition, within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Defective Items: These are subject to a free exchange or refund policy. Please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging (if any).
How to Return a Product: To return a product, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below.
